Account Teams
Pyramid’s account managers and technical recruiters understand technology. They’re expert at assessing customer requirements, interpreting them, and qualifying candidates. Our recruiters are well schooled in both traditional and modern sourcing methodologies. Borrowing the best from these concepts, we use our own sourcing methodology, one we’ve perfected over the years. To stay abreast of changing technology, our account team members undergo continuous training in IT areas and resourcing methodologies. They also hold memberships in recruiting special industry groups (SIGs), where they share and learn industry best practices.
Candidate Qualification
We qualify candidates through strict adherence to the traditional and time-tested process of multi-point contact, in-person interviews, tech-checks, and reference checks. Our recruiters develop a strong understanding of a candidate’s skills, preferences, strengths, and weaknesses. This ensures the best match in terms of assignments, and helps the candidates further their careers. Background checks are a standard part of our process. We also require drug testing for specific clients upon their request.
Response Time
It takes an average of two business days for us to provide qualified candidates in response to a job opening you want to fill. These service level results from a combination of factors: our candidate screening process, the candidate sources we leverage, the systems and processes we use for requisition fulfillment, and the ways we manage the contract life cycle from deployment to completion. With several thousands of pre-qualified candidates in our database, we don’t start from scratch on every requirement. This promotes our rapid response times. Typically we respond to rush orders within one business day.
Geographical Coverage
Pyramid can serve our clients nationwide in the United States. We have several national clients and already do business in 37 of the 48 contiguous states.
Continuous Improvement
We strongly believe that we can improve only what we are able to measure. Pyramid’s metrics management process is robust and uniform across our enterprise. We review internal metrics twice a month. Reports detail the opportunities received from our clients and how well we delivered on those opportunities. We encourage our clients to meet with us to review our own reports and provide their feedback. Continuous improvement, like customer loyalty, is part of our company culture. |
