Pyramid Consulting is seeking a self-starting, Account Manager Professional, for a long-term career opportunity. Pyramid is in active growth mode, with a unique opportunity to add a member to our Sales team.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• This position will be responsible for daily sales, client management and growing top line revenues on assigned accounts. The position is based in Charlotte and will report to Branch Director.
• This is a new position that has been created as Pyramid is increasing the size of their Sales Team to manage existing and new Clients.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify & develop business relationships with new contacts in other F500 and mid-sized companies
• Communicate client job orders & identify qualified candidates in collaboration with Recruiting Manager and other team members
• Present candidates, schedule candidate interviews and close billable contracts with clients

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Recent IT experience in the Charlotte market
• Self-motivated
• Ability to understand and communicate company’s value proposition, required to differentiate company
• Knowledge of technology & project roles
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, listening

COMPENSATION: Annual overall compensation will be in line with industry norms and will include an excellent benefits package.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position will be responsible for Full Desk Recruitment for Information Technology requisitions, including maintaining business relationships with candidates, partners and clients.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2 years full desk recruitment success for Information Technology positions
• Passion to succeed in staffing industry.
• Proven business development experience to generate job requirements.
• Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle process.
• Experience with recruiting from job boards and ATS recruiting tools like JobDiva.
• Self-motivated with proven track record meeting recruiting targets.
• Proven ability to handle multiple open requirements in dynamic environment with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to understand company's value proposition as required to differentiate company when recruiting candidates.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source profiles, screen and identify qualified IT resources for current and future requirements
• Identify job requirements
• Negotiate pay rates and other contractual terms with candidates.
• Regular follow up with candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
• Ensure recruitment SLAs are met as mutually agreed with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
