With over 17 years in Operations and HR, Anoop has developed and implemented effective initiatives, maximizing intellectual capital for a vast array of industries including, IT consulting, technology services, and automotive manufacturing.  His areas of focus have included managing International Operations, HR and Recruiting, Process Improvements, Change Management, Project Management and P&L Management.   

At Pyramid Anoop is responsible for providing strategic leadership in all HR functions including OD, Performance Management, Recruitment, Compliance & Legal, Employee Relations and Benefits Management.

Anoop received his Management degree - MBA from Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario (Canada).  He currently serves on the executive committee of VIBHA (non-profit organization dedicated to help under privileged children) and is a steering committee member of the Staffing Management PEG of SHRM Atlanta. He has served as VP for the Pittsburgh chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants.
